I bumped into him this morning on the corner of the street. Got chatting, as you do, and decided to use his connections to rent another scooter for the day. 120k dong (£4) for the day for a fully automatic. Zipped along the river by myself and explored a couple Emperors’ tombs. While I didn’t use Vu as a guide, he did take me to a quiet little coffee spot on the river after I returned the bike and we chatted life and politics. Lovely guy - give him some work if you can - recommended
