My first full frame DSLR. Some poor guy bit off more than he could chew in an impulse buy late last year, so I managed to get this in pristine condition for a song yesterday evening!
P.S. Yes, I know that it’s successor, the Canon 5D MKIII, will be announced soon, but it’ll be a lot more expensive given the current climate, manufacturing hardships (Thai flooding) and the rising price of the Japanese Yen. It won’t be easy to get hold of for most of this year too no doubt…

I’ve been in Iceland the past couple weeks hence the lack of photos (on here at least ;)… I’ll post shots tomorrow. In the mean time, here’s a shot of some steamy icicles from a nearby geysir, not just any geysir - the original geysir in a place called Geysir!
