60% of the UK use Social Networks
21.8 million people in the UK are now on social networks… Under 18 year olds make up 11% of that, 18-34 year olds 35%, and a massive 54% belong to the 35s and over - mainly due to Facebook growth but LinkedIn has been taking on substantial growth in this latter group too… Facebook is generally top dog with 14.4m unique monthly visits in September - nearly half the UK online...
