David Sandström (ex-Refused) does it again… If you haven’t heard his tribute album to his grandfather - Om Det Inte Händer Nåt Innan Imorgon Så Kommer Jag - speak to me or hunt it down… Although it’s a notable departure from this type of stuff, it is amazing!

A slick web app that’ll teach you new languages for free… Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Greek, Russian, Mandarin Chinese are all currently offered… If you register you get up to 50 lessons free… I took a complimentary first lesson in Japanese to check it out… Solid stuff - reminded me of the Dr. Pimsleur’s approach…

Gmail tells Skype where to stick it...
…at least that’s how I’d like it to be! Google has just added voice and video to it’s integrated IM in Gmail… As a recent convert to the world of Gmail (I resisted for a long time before seeing some of the benefits through the eyes of the Inbox Heaven) this has real potential… I’m hoping that it will be able to more reliably replace Skype as my overseas...
